small group
I'm looking forward to small group tonight. We had taken a break for a little while and are starting up again. I have made some really good friends of the girls from our "Life Group". The interesting thing is we were all going through some really rough stuff individually when we first started the group, so our relationships didn't have a chance to be surfacy. I like that!
We are starting a book called "Dare to Desire" by John Eldridge. It's short and seems to touch on some of the things from some of his other books...my brother has his other books: " The Journey of Desire", "The Sacred Romance" and "Wild at Heart". I have read "Wild at Heart"(not just a book for men) and plan to read the others. So far he seems to focus on reminding people to really live their lives...be who God designed you to be, dream, etc. I'm looking forward to the conversations we will have while reading this book.
